Reserve Caciocavallo di Agnone is an handcrafted, round-shaped, stretched curd cheese. The maturing process in the stone cellar gives it extra flavor.

Features: reserve caciocavallo di Agnone has a compact, uneven textured paste, a yellow-to-red rind, and a complex, herbaceous taste. Fine mold covers the rind during the maturing period.

Serving suggestions: remove reserve Caciocavallo di Agnone from the paper or the plastic bag. Serve it at room temperature. Reserve Caciocavallo di Agnone is perfect with jams, honey and red wine. Keep it refrigerated in a plastic wrap.
