Bocconcini are handmade balls of fresh mozzarella of about 4 cm. diameter each. The paste is homogeneous and white. Bocconcini have a soft texture and a delicate, clean, milky taste.

Serving suggestions: remove bocconcini from the paper, put them in a dish and keep them refrigerated. Serve at room temperature.
