The Di Nucci family and the staff of Caseificio Di Nucci are pleased to welcome guests who want to try out a unique experience: see, smell and taste how authentic molisano cheese is made and matured. Discover how we make traditional cheese with local, high-quality milk. Visit the cellar where our caciocavalli mature. Dive into history and discover the story of the Caseificio Di Nucci in the Museum of Transhumance. Finally, have a tasting of the authentic molisano cheese.

For Christmas time, in order to book a tour & tasting, please fill the form on the right.
You will get an email with all the details of the experience.
The experience lasts at least 90 minutes.
The limit to the number of visitors is 20 people per tour.
