It is usually 4-5 cm wide, 1 cm thick and 20 cm long. The paste is homogeneous and white. It has an extremely soft texture and a delicate, clean, milky taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving suggestions:<\/strong>\u00a0remove <strong>Stracciata<\/strong> from the paper, put it in a dish and keep it refrigerated. Serve at room temperature.
