This tour is exactly what you need!<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve learned about <strong>the origins of our milk<\/strong> by exploring our certified local supply chain, you will step into the <strong>production workshop<\/strong>. There, you can witness the enchanting art of hand-crafted stretching, performed by our skilled cheese makers using time-honored wooden tools. Prepare to be amazed as you uncover the value of whey, which gives birth to the most beloved &#8220;non-cheese&#8221; cheese of all time: ricotta!<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you will have the opportunity to <strong>visit the salting rooms and the aging cellar of the award-winning Caciocavallo di Agnone<\/strong>.
