The doors to our laboratory are always open to those who want to discover the magic of making ‘pasta filata’ (stretched cheese curds) and the ancient history of our company linked to the phenomenon of Transhumance.
Over the years, the curiosity and enthusiasm of our visitors have added to the list of ingredients that give life to our cheese, their stories intertwining with ours.
