Soppressata is the finest traditional salami of Molise. Finely cut pieces of lean meat are added small pieces of lard, salt and pepper. This mix of meat and lard is pressed (hence the name) and ages until it gets a salty but delicate taste. Gluten, lactose and preservative free.
