Aged Cow’s Milk Caciotta Made with Raw Milk

Product characteristics:
Pressed cow’s milk cheese with a diameter of 15–20 cm and a height (side) of approximately 15 cm. The caciotta has a rough, compact rind. The paste is semi-hard and elastic, pleasantly soluble with a sweet flavor and hints of aging.

Tasting recommendations:
Remove the cheese from the vacuum-sealed packaging, slice it, and place it on a serving plate. Enjoy at room temperature. Store the caciotta in the refrigerator, wrapped in a cloth or in waxed paper specifically designed for dairy products.
